01. What is your exact location?
We are located in the coastal village of Kamari, on the southeast part of Santorini island, at the foothill of Mesa Vouno and 9 km away from Fira capital. Our complex is built 200 meters away from the famous black beach of Kamari, but has an easy access to the Ancient Thira and its monuments as well.

02. How early do we have to book your venue for an event?
The sooner you contact us for your event, the better. Due to high demand on summer season, we recommend that you should book the date you wish as soon as possible. To secure the date, you should put down a deposit.
03. What do I have to do to book an event at Dimitris?
Since you decided to choose our hall for your event, you’ll have to pay a deposit the 30% of the total amount, in order to secure the date and book the area. The payoff, according to our policy, has to be done the day before the event.
04. Is it possible to make changes on the standard menus you suggest?
One of the things that characterize Dimitris is the flexibility. Our menus can be customized to your needs and preferences. Ask us for the Kids Menu, inform us over food allergies and eating habits, and we’ll make the necessary changes – additions, so that your guests are absolutely pleased.
05. Is there anything else you offer beside the area?
Besides the hall of Dimitris and the catering, we also provide you with modern audiovisual equipment. To ensure the success of your party we can provide live music or DJ, flower decoration, cake, transfer, photography / video recording, beauty services etc. Due to our long experience and locality, we will find for you the most advantageous solutions. Without commissions and extra charges on your total amount.
06. Do you undertake the wedding cake?
Yes we do. Please inform us over the number of guests, and we will suggest what suits you.
07. What does your decoration include?
No wedding feels truly complete without wedding decorations. Here at Dimitris, we take care with professionalism the shaping of the hall and its “dressing”. Depending on the number of guests, we place the tables, leaving enough space for dancing. We provide white chair covers and table runners of various colors. In cooperation with wedding and event professionals, we offer fresh flowers, candles and many other decorative objects.
08. Is there a time limit? Do we have to leave the area at some certain time?
The hall of Dimitris is at your disposal till 2 am in the morning. Due to local regulations, we have to turn off music and lights at that specific time.
09. I want to book my event at Dimitris. Is a DJ or Live music included in the price?
The price does not include live music or a professional DJ. But due to locality, we know the professionals who operate on the island and trust certain partners who will undertake the music coverage of the night. Besides that, because of the Greek Nights we use to organize, we have permanent collaborations with musicians who could play Live at an extra cost.
10. Can I have your Seating Chart?
As soon as the process of registering your guests is completed and we have the total number, you will receive the room plan and our suggestion for the seats set up. However, we do have the flexibility and the ability to adjust it even the day before, if the number of confirmed guests varies a lot from your initial estimate.
11. When is the last chance for me to declare the final number of guests?
We suggest you should have the final number one month in advance, so as to give us time to properly plan and arrange every detail for your event, including food supplies, equipment, set up etc.
12. Is there a minimum number of guests required to book your hall?
No, such a number is not set. Dimitris can host even a private party or a small group event.
13. If we book our event at Dimitris hall, can we have an overnight stay there?
Dimitris complex offers a small unit of rooms to let, that operates independently, so a separate booking is required if you wish to stay after your party. Generally, what we provide to those having their reception at Dimitris, is a boudoir room (for the bride to get dressed, storage of personal items, pre-party relaxation etc)
14. I’m just a little worried about the outcome of the reception because I haven’t hired a wedding planner. Do you follow a specific timeline?
After a year-long experience, we have come up to the point we guide the night according to the timeline we describe below. Thus, we ensure the success of your event and the uninterrupted pleasure of your guests. After the arrival of your guests and after they all get seated, we welcome the newlyweds on their favorite song. They all enjoy the wedding dinner, then the cake is cut and served, before the couple has their first dance, which means the beginning of the wedding feast.
15. Is there a parking available;
Dimitris has a parking lot of 150 vehicles capacity.
